Über Sven Axer / About Sven Axer:
Der 1969 geborene Gitarrist 'Doc' Sven Axer hat seit seinen autodidaktischen Anfängen im Alter von 12 Jahren schon eine lange musikalische Reise hinter sich, die ihn vom Hardrock zu Jazzrock-, Blues-, Funk-, Reggae- und Fusionbands geführt haben. Aufnahmen und Aufritte im Bereich Worldmusic und Experimentalmusik waren und sind genau so "normal" wie die Zusammenarbeit mit kreativen Menschen anderer Kunstrichtungen. So gehört er der Künstlergruppe 'andersARTic!' an, ist mit seinem eigenen Projekt 'WalkOnIndigo' unterwegs, spielt mit 'The Matrix Allstar Band' für karitative Zwecke (AIDS-Hilfe, ZKMS, SKM, Obdachlosenhilfe etc.) und hat mit 'Guitarworld.de' 1999 das deutsche Forum für Gitarre & Bass gegründet - in der Gitarristenszene Deutschlands längst eine feste Größe.

The 1969 born self-taught guitarrist Sven 'Doc' Axer has already walked a really long musical path since he started playing the guitar at the age of 12. In his journey he has stopped on almost every musical station, playing with hardrock bands as well as with jazzrock, blues, funk, reggae and fusion bands. Playing World Music and Experimental Music in the studio or onstage is as normal for him as his regular collaborations with creative people of other artistic fields. All so, he belongs to the artists' group 'andersARTic!', is on tour with his own project 'WalkOnIndigo' , plays with 'The Matrix Allstar Band' for charities (AIDS-aid, fight against cancer and children's diseases, homeless-aid etc.) and founded 'Guitarworld.de', the German Guitar & Bass Forum, in 1999 - From long ago, he's been one of the steady big names in Germany's guitar scene.

Le guitariste « Doc » Sven Axer, né en 1969, a déjà un long passé musical derrière lui, depuis ses débuts autodidactes à l'âge de 12 ans. Il est passé par le Hard-rock et le Jazz-rock, le blues, le funk, le reggae, qui l'ont finalement conduit à des groupes de fusion. Les photographes et le scratch, dans le secteur World-Music et la musique expérimentale étaient et sont tout aussi « normaux » que la coopération avec des hommes créatifs d'autres tendances artistiques. Ainsi, il appartient au groupe d'artistes 'andersARTic!', il est aussi avec son propre projet 'WalkOnIndigo' sur les routes, joue avec The Matrix Allstar Band pour des buts charitables (AIDS-Hilfe, ZKMS, SKM, Obdachlosenhilfe etc.) et a fondé avec Guitarworld.de en 1999, le forum allemand pour guitare et basse - qui tient une place prépondérante sur la scène guitaristique allemande.
